Day 1 -Transfers to Hotel
Arrive at Sir Seewoosagur International airport (advise me with your arrival details), meet & assist us, then transfer you by air-conditioned private car to your hotel in which you will be assisted by our representative for check & overnight in Hotel.
Day 2 -Balaclava Ruins - Pamplemousses Garden
Explore the Balaclava Ruins in Mauritius and Experience its Mystery.
You may think that the primary attractions of Mauritius are its beautiful beaches, nature excursions, shopping opportunities, and nightlife – and you would be correct. However, you cannot truly experience the island unless you visit some of its more historical sites. One great site is the Balaclava Ruins. It is the history of the island that shapes every visitor's experience and perspective - and Mauritius has a particularly colorful one.
Visiting Balaclava today, you will bear witness to the remnants of a colonist society from the 1800s. In addition, the ruins of the fortress estate also include ancient settlements that date back before French rule, likely to the earliest settlers of Mauritius, perhaps even before the Dutch. During your exploration of these mysterious ruins, you will see traces of an old flour mill as well as a lime kiln. The flour mill was used to grind grain into flour for food products while the lime kiln was used for agricultural as well as construction products then we will drive to SSR Botanical Garden.
Day 3 - Free at Leisure

Day 4 - Paul et Virginie Monument - Sugar Estate Museum
Paul et Virginie Monument, Poudre d’Or
The most famous story in Mauritius folklore, ‘Paul et Virginie’ was inspired by the shipwreck of the St Géran, which came to a watery end just off the north-east coast at Poudre d’Or. A small monument marks the spot where the boat sunk.
Legend has it that while Paul, the son of a slave, waiting for Virginie, his bourgeois sweetheart, to return from overseas, her boat the St Géran floundered on the rocks. Paul apparently swam out to his lover, but she modestly refused to remove her clothing to swim back to shore with him. Eventually, her Victorian clothes dragged her down into the depths and she was drowned. Paul subsequently died of a broken heart.
Then we will visit Sugar Adventure. Enjoy an interesting excursion to an authentic old sugar cane factory, which is now an interactive museum where you will be led through the history of Mauritius and its sugarcane industry. A variety of souvenirs and interesting products can be purchased.
Day 5 -Shopping at Caudan Waterfront - Central Market -Bagatelle Shopping Mall
You can experience a full day of shopping tours at Caudan Waterfront. Since its opening in 1996, it has shown undeniable know-how and expertise in commercial activities and entertainment. On top of being an undeniable must for shopping, Le Caudan Waterfront is also a business center, a melting pot for local artists, and the favorite meeting place for gastronomes, tourists, and locals looking for leisure and entertainment. Then we will visit the Central Market of Port Louis and last Bagatelle Shopping Mall.
Day 6 -Free at Leisure
Enjoy a full day free at leisure.
Day 7 -Transfers to Airport
You will be met by our representative and transferred to Sir Seewoosagur International Airport.
